We met up with Sophie who looks after all of Feng Sushi’s marketing – it was great to hear how well Feng Sushi is doing and exciting for us to have helped put their wine and drinks list together.
Sustainability, seasonality and provenance are at the heart of the Feng Sushi ethos towards sourcing their produce. At the moment they are celebrating the humble vegetable in order to raise awareness of the fish spawning season.

As part of the commercial team it is Gareth’s job to help restaurants choose the right wines for their customers and cuisine. At Feng Sushi the wine list is kept small and concise complimenting the food menu perfectly. Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc and an English Bacchus are among the top hits.
