Naked Ladies now at Majestic
Back in Spring, we revealed Naked Ladies… sorry I’ll start again…
Back in Spring, we revealed that Naked Ladies had been voted in to the range by our Customer Beer Team. We’re delighted to let you know that this delicious golden ale from Twickenham Fine Ales has arrived – it’s now available nationally across all stores and online.
Our Customer Beer Team was put in place during our Oktoberfest event last Autumn. This was Majestic’s first-ever national beer event – a fantastic way for us to celebrate Real Ale and Craft Beer! All our stores sourced local beers for our customers to try in store, then they cast their vote on their favourites. From those, we short-listed down to eight favourites from the nation, and picked 200 customers to join our Beer Team. We sent these beer-loving customers a mixed case of the eight beers and they voted on which should join Majestic’s range.
The Beer Team’s champion – Naked Ladies – is from Twickenham Fine Ales, London’s oldest micro-brewery. Using hops from around the world and only the purest of ingredients, Twickenham Fine Ales produces a great range of well hopped, award winning beers. Why the name? Naked Ladies takes its name from the statues in York House gardens in Twickenham, which are known locally as the Naked Ladies.
It’s a glorious golden ale flavoured with hops from England, Slovenia and America, which gives it a wonderful citrus edge and long bitter finish.

Good work Beer Team, cheers!
